Nearly 40 Years of Manufacturing Excellence
PGM was founded in 1986 in Bazhou, Hebei Province -- one of China's premier furniture and board manufacturing hubs. What began as a small production workshop has grown into a full-scale, vertically integrated manufacturing facility covering 100,000 square meters.
Over the decades, we have built deep expertise in melamine faced chipboard and MDF, investing continuously in production technology, quality systems, and design capability. Today, our products are exported to Saudi Arabia, Mongolia, Africa, and across the Middle East.

Located in Bazhou, Hebei -- a nationally recognized center of furniture board manufacturing -- our facility operates 12 dedicated production lines capable of handling both standard and highly customized board orders.
We work with European press plate suppliers to achieve surface textures including matte, synchronized embossed, zero-degree, super-matte, leather grain, fabric grain, relief, and high-gloss finishes.
Our production workflow covers every stage in-house: raw material sourcing and inspection, pressing, surface lamination, dimension cutting, quality grading, and export packaging on pallets with carton protection and strapping bands.

Material Sourcing & QC
Raw board and melamine paper are sourced and inspected. We verify formaldehyde emissions, density, moisture content, and static bending strength before production starts.
5 - 10 days
Production & Final Inspection
Boards are pressed, graded against A/B surface standards, and packed per your specifications -- including pallet type, carton count per bundle, and corner protection.
1 - 2 days
Shipment & Documentation
We arrange vessel booking, prepare all export documents including test reports and compliance certificates, and confirm container loading quantities with you before departure.

Zero-Complaint Manufacturing Standard
Our internal quality grading system divides finished boards into Grade A and Grade B -- with strict visual tolerances for surface defects, flatness, diagonal deviation, and warping. Only boards meeting specification leave our facility.
Surface defect control
No stains ≥1mm, no bubbling, no cracking, no color mismatch allowed on Grade A boards
Dimensional accuracy
Thickness tolerance ±0.2mm, diagonal deviation ≤5mm, warping ≤6mm on long edge
Environmental compliance
E0, E1, ENF, and F**** environmental grades available with full test reports
Batch-level sampling
Every production batch is inspected. Defective boards are marked, separated, and handled per documented protocol

Edge Banding
