1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using PGM Woods services, including placing orders for melamine boards, edge banding, or related products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PGM Woods. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of our services immediately.

2 Product Orders & Specifications

Order Requirements

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): 600-700 pieces for standard size 1220×2440mm
Lead time: 15-20 business days from order confirmation
Custom specifications subject to technical feasibility review

All product specifications, including thickness (15/16/18/25mm), environmental standards (E1/E0/ENF), and customization requirements must be confirmed in writing before production begins.

4 Payment Terms & Pricing

Pricing Structure

Base pricing: $10-20+ USD per piece, subject to specifications, quantity, and market conditions.

Payment terms are established per order and may include deposits, milestone payments, or full advance payment depending on order value and customer relationship. All prices are FOB our facility unless otherwise specified.

5 Shipping & Delivery

Products are shipped via sea freight with professional packaging including carton boxes, strapping, and wooden pallets. Delivery terms and responsibilities are defined in individual sales contracts.

Important: Risk of loss transfers upon delivery to carrier. Insurance and additional protection are available upon request.

6 Limitation of Liability

PGM Woods' liability is limited to the replacement or repair of defective products within the warranty period. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from product use.

Notice: Total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific products involved in any claim.

7 Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with applicable commercial arbitration rules.
